Prices & Payment
All prices at www.bisart-copenhagen.com are including Danish VAT.
Payment via VISA and MasterCard. The money will not be withdrawn from your account until the ordered products are shipped.
Bis Art Copenhagen does not keep any information regarding our customer’s payment details.
Order
Once I have received your order you will receive an email with an order confirmation. There is no binding agreement between you and Bis Art Copenhagen until an order confirmation is received by email.
I strongly recommend you to keep all correspondence from Bis Art Copenhagen relating to your order, if any complications should occur.

Delivery
To Private Persons:
- Free shipping on orders above 350 DKK in Denmark (Greenland and the Faroe Islands is not included)
- Free shipping on orders above 450 DKK within Europe.
I strive to pack and send your order as soon as possible. Orders will be packed and sent within 3-5 working days, all depending on the delivery country. Bis Art Copenhagen can not be held responsible for late deliveries due to for example Black Friday – where the shipping companies are super busy.
Important
If your order is visibly damaged during transport, you must not accept the delivery, or at least sign the delivery form with reservations. Once you have signed for the delivery, you will be responsible for the delivered products.
Force majeure
Bis Art Copenhagen cannot be held responsible for late or incomplete delivery due to force majeure events.
Return Policy
You can always return an order within 30 days, under the conditions that the products are returned unused and in original, undamaged packaging.
In case you wish to return your order, you must contact: info@bisart-copenhagen.com within 30 days from receiving the order. Please note the email “Return” in the subject line.
In the email please explain why you wish to return the purchase and refer to your order number. It is not accepted to return an order without prior notice to Bis Art Copenhagen.
Cancelation
You are entitled to cancel the order for a period of 14 days, under the conditions that the products are returned unused and in original, undamaged packaging. The right to cancel an order ends 14 days after you have received the order.
In case you wish to cancel your order, you must contact: info@bisart-copenhagen.com within 14 days from receiving the order. Please note the email “Cancelation” in the subject line.
In the email please explain why you wish to cancel the purchase and refer to your order number. It is not accepted to cancel and return orders without prior notice to Bis Art Copenhagen.
Return-Shipment
The customer will cover the costs for the return shipment.
Please notice that if you choose to return a product: You are responsible for the product’s condition during return-shipment. Therefore, wrap the products well in the packaging the products were delivered in, with the necessary documents to recognize the returned products as your return-order: Make sure a copy of your invoice is placed inside the package.
Returned products will only be accepted when original packagings are fully intact and in a re-sellable condition. The products must also be without any kind of sign of use!
Once I have received your returned products and evaluated them, I will refund the value of the returned products, I do not refund shipping.
From the time a product is returned expect up to 5-14 working days before the money is returned and available in your bank account.
Defects
I check every outgoing product for flaws and defects, however, should the unthinkable happen that you receive a product with defects, and the defects existed at the time of the delivery, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or price deduction. Please call me at +45 26191968, and hereafter send a photo of the defect and refer to your order number: info@bisart-copenhagen.com Please note the email “Defect” in the subject line.
Right of Complaint
All products bought on www.bisart-copenhagen.com are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which means you have the right to make a complaint within 24 months. However, complaints about a product does not apply when flaws or defects are caused by incorrect- or misuse, lack of maintenance or regular wear and tear of a product.

If a complaint is accepted, I reserve the right to repair or replace the product. I will cover any expenses related to this.

When you make a purchase on the webshop
All information, except your bank details, will be kept for a limited period of 5 years. This is done only in order to provide you with the necessary customer service in case you have questions or claims related to the products you have purchased. After the 5-year period, the information is automatically deleted. Information about the customers: Name, address, email, etc. is used only by Bis Art Copenhagen to fulfill your order and notify you of any unforeseen problems in delivery, Bis Art Copenhagen will never share or sell your information to third parties.
Bis Art Copenhagen does not keep any information regarding the customer’s payment details.
